It might be worth contacting Herb Johnson at retrotechnology.com to see what he has available, I bought my 10 slot active terminated S-100 motherboard from him for about $70 + Shipping

I mentioned, about half a year ago, that I need to find an S100 backplane, so that I can start building boards.
However, I have yet to find an S100 chassis and backplane, for less than a couple hundred dollars. Maybe I'm misguided, but this seems like a lot of money for an empty chassis and backplane, expecially since most are untested.
Are we considering re-ordering the S100 backplane? If not, I ran into this backplane:http://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/e11021.m45.l1123/7?euid=3bec7eb11cfb4bdf9a30c5b6b7762883&loc=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.com%2Fws%2FeBayISAPI.dll%3FViewItem%26item%3D131011334852%26ssPageName%3DADME%3AB%3ASS%3AUS%3A1123&exe=10017&ext=100033&sojTags=exe=exe,ext=ext
Is that reasonable? In truth, I'd rather build the S100 Computers/N8VEM backplane, as a lot of the fun, for me, is in building and testing.
